Paid Search Manager

Description
Craft and execute successful paid media strategies across a variety of platforms including (PPC, shopping, social media ads, retargeting, video, etc.)
Own optimization and testing of landing pages, copy, keywords for continuous growth and improvement
Work with creative and merchandising teams to build landing pages for channel to improve customers experiences, partnering with other marketing channels to build integrated marketing strategies when needed
Develop and A/B test compelling landing pages, products, promotions and ad copy that convey the value proposition concisely and convincingly in order to achieve higher conversion rates
Monitor key KPIs, on a daily, weekly schedule to maintain highest performance and ensure we are performing to budget
Understand and refine our attribution model
Forecast yearly budget, identifying opportunities for growth and manage performance to budget
Analyze results with Google Analytics and provide recommendations
Requirements
5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2+ years of paid search experience; SEM bid management experience or Google Ad Word Certification a plus.
Excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Self-starter - able to identify what needs to be done and implement
Channel expert - you stay on top of all the latest news and trends
Strong communication skills with experience in presenting findings to all levels of the organization
Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
Google AdWords Google Analytics certified

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
