If you are organized, efficient, accurate and accountable with a strong ability to multi-task, this may be the position for you.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer inquiries Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies Record customer information within our customer service database Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies Other duties as requested Requirements:
Qualifications You set high standards for excellence, integrity and customer service.
You have strong attention to detail and enjoy mastering and completing assignments timely.
You thrive in a fast-paced, environment where you are able to multi-task and juggle tasks simultaneously.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills High school diploma or GED Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Three years of scheduling and dispatching experience in a comparable service field preferred Familiarity with NJ geography Ability to work full time Monday through Friday.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
